Inclusive Leadership Intern

Maddy Starr lives up to her name as the Inclusive Leadership intern at the Center for Leadership. Madelyn plans and executes the Intersect Diversity and Leadership Conference in cooperation with the Center for Race, Ethnicity, and Diversity Education. She also develops specialized leadership workshops the CFL dubs as "leadershops" and programming that introduces and educates leaders on how they can expand their inclusion and diversity efforts on campus. Her other commitments include serving as the Outreach Editor for the Pi Sigma Alpha Undergraduate Journal of Political Science and involvement in Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honors Society and Kappa Delta sorority.
