Leadership Spotlight : Megan Papadopolo

This week's leadership spotlight shines on Megan Papadopolo, a second-year Psychology major with minors in Public Health and Health Communications. Megan is a Public Health Scholar and the Team Lead for the 2024 New Student Orientation. She also serves as an Inclusive Leadership Intern at the Center for Leadership (CFL) this year.

Megan is enthusiastic about creating engaging leadership experiences and events. Her goal as an Inclusive Leadership Intern is to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the Elon community, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. Drawing from her experience as an Orientation Leader, Megan emphasizes that everyone has the potential to lead. Previously unsure of her leadership abilities, she now embraces leadership opportunities after joining the CFL.

Megan deeply admires Malala Yousafzai, a Pakistani education activist who inspires her through her work to empower women and girls, especially in Pakistan. She believes that everyone deserves access to education and is committed to making that happen.
